Located in Building 17 at the University of Wollongong, Gypsy Jones Cafe offers a welcoming retreat from campus life. With seating for up to 80 guests, the café features soft lighting and chilled acoustic tunes, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Their menu includes a variety of house-made specialties, such as cold drip, bottled cold brew, pour-over/filter, sweet iced tea, and hand-blended fresh turmeric latte. They also offer a range of gluten-free and vegan options, including carrot cake, caramel slice, lemon slice, rocky road brownie, cherry ripe slice, florentines, vegan balls, citrus tarts, and orange almond loaf. For savory options, they serve toasties, toasted wraps, Turkish bread toasties, and weekly specials. Gypsy Jones Cafe is open Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm.
