Gunnedah Showground

Located on South Street in Gunnedah, the Gunnedah Showground is a vibrant hub for community events and activities. Home to the Gunnedah Show Society, Riding for the Disabled, and the Gunnedah Pony Club, it hosts the annual Gunnedah Show and various sporting and cultural events. The showground features a main arena suitable for large-scale horse events, an upgraded softfall arena with grandstand seating ideal for rodeos and campdrafts, and ample amenities including shower blocks and accessible picnic tables for event campers. It also accommodates the South Street RV Park, offering low-cost camping for RV travelers.
