Great Hops Brewery in Armidale crafts flavorful beers by reimagining classic styles with an Australian twist. Their lineup includes the AR-Mid-Ale, a mid-strength ale with Mosaic, Cascade, and Chinook hops; the Black Mountain Banshee, a dark ale with hints of chocolate, caramel, and coffee; and the XPA, a pale ale featuring light orange and passionfruit notes. The relaxed, purpose-built space offers a welcoming atmosphere, complemented by a menu of burgers, tacos, and bar snacks. The brewery is open Friday to Sunday, with reservations recommended.
