Grazia Restaurant, located at 159 Burke Road in Glen Iris, offers an authentic Italian dining experience in a modern setting. The 100-seat venue features a soaring atrium ceiling that fills the space with natural light, highlighting Italian marble benchtops and terrazzo floors. The open kitchen showcases an imported Castelli oven, one of only two in Australia, producing 72-hour fermented Roman-style pizzas. Signature dishes include the Gamberoni Grazia pizza topped with king prawns, rocket pesto, green olives, and chili crisp. The menu also features house-made pastas, such as wild-mushroom-filled tortelloni in black truffle sauce, and larger plates like crumbed milk-fed veal with roast vine-ripened tomatoes. For dessert, patrons can enjoy house-churned dark chocolate and hazelnut gelato. A steep staircase leads to a second-level dining area and bar, where signature cocktails like the spicy Margarita with house-infused jalapeno tequila are served.
