Grant Reserve, situated directly south of Coogee Beach, offers a serene coastal retreat with native flora and panoramic ocean views. The reserve features the Stan Windon Memorial Playground, designed as an abstract ship moored to a jetty, complete with climbing ropes and a 7.5-meter-high space net representing the ship's mast. Visitors can enjoy picnic tables, BBQ facilities, and access to the Coastal Walkway, which continues through the reserve and is popular with walkers and joggers. The reserve also provides access to iconic facilities including McIvers Baths (women and children only) and Wylies Baths. A permanent alcohol ban applies at this location.
