Granite Flat Trailhead

The Granite Flat Trailhead, located off the Omeo Highway near Mitta Mitta, serves as the starting point for the Granite Flat Spur Walking Track, the shortest route to the summit of Mount Bogong. Accessing the trailhead requires a four-wheel-drive vehicle, as it is situated at the end of the Granite Flat Vehicle Track. The trail offers a steep ascent over rocky terrain, leading hikers to the summit of Mount Bogong.
