The Grace Centre, located at 11 Ralph Terrace in Rokeby, Tasmania, serves as a vibrant community hub for the Clarence Plains area. Established in early 2016 by Grace Church, the centre transformed the former Rokeby Tavern into a welcoming space that hosts various local initiatives. Notably, in 2019, One Community Together established a permanent presence here, and in 2023, Loaves and Fishes Tasmania began operating a rebuilt production kitchen, providing thousands of meals weekly and offering traineeships in food production and hospitality. The centre also hosts a range of local community events, fostering a strong sense of connection and support within the area.
