Nestled along the Hawkesbury River in historic Windsor, Governor Phillip Park offers a spacious and family-friendly environment. The park features sheltered picnic areas with electric barbecues, a fenced children's playground, and a water play area during summer. In November, the blooming Jacaranda trees add vibrant color to the landscape. A large public boat ramp at the park's end provides access for launching boats, canoes, and kayaks, with ample parking for cars and trailers. Restoration works commenced in February 2025 to address riverbank erosion.
