The gallery features three exhibition spaces, a gallery shop, and an onsite café. Adjacent to the gallery, the Edogawa Commemorative Garden offers a serene Japanese garden experience. The gallery hosts a diverse program of local, national, and international exhibitions, showcasing a range of artistic styles and mediums. Admission is free, and the gallery is open daily from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm.
