Spanning 1,600 acres of diverse coastal vegetation, the co-op comprises 78 residential sites, each approximately 5,000 square meters, organized into several hamlets connected by a link road. Members live off the grid, utilizing solar energy, rainwater collection, and composting toilets, with many cultivating gardens to supplement their food supplies. Community activities include building projects, a Men's Shed, music performances, and environmental conservation efforts. The co-op reflects a diverse membership, encompassing families, singles, and individuals with varied life experiences and occupations.
