Located at 25 Dawson Road in West Gladstone, the Gladstone Thistle Pipe Band Hall serves as a vibrant hub for the local pipe band community. The hall hosts regular practice sessions every Wednesday from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM, welcoming learners of all ages interested in bagpipes and drumming. In addition to its regular activities, the hall is a venue for various community events, including the annual Gladstone Highland Gathering, which features performances by local pipe and drum bands, traditional dancing, and competitions. The hall is accessible to all ages and serves the greater Gladstone area, including Boyne Valley, Discovery Coast, and the Gladstone Region. Please note that the premises are not licensed for the preparation or consumption of food.
