Gindu, located in the heart of Woodend, is a proudly Australian, multi-award-winning distillery. They craft exceptional gins using native Australian botanicals, excluding juniper, resulting in unique flavors. Their gins have earned accolades, including Best Dry Gin at the Australian Gin Awards in 2021 and two Double Gold awards at the 2022 World Spirits Competition in San Francisco. Visitors can enjoy tasting paddles, gin and tonics, gin cocktails, and light finger food at their distillery door. The venue offers both indoor and undercover outdoor seating, providing a relaxed atmosphere for guests. Operating hours are Thursday from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Friday and Saturday from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and Sunday from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Gindu is accessible and offers street parking for visitors.
