Nestled in the heart of Manningham, the Gilles Plains & Hampstead RSL offers a welcoming environment for service and ex-service personnel, as well as their families. Located at the corner of Bennett Avenue and Ways Road, the club provides a range of services, including welfare support, social and recreational activities like monthly cabarets and occasional BBQs, and commemoration events such as ANZAC Day and Remembrance Day ceremonies. The licensed club facilities are accessible, featuring wheelchair access and accessible toilets. The hall, with a capacity of 180, is available for hire, making it an ideal venue for various events. Regular meetings include the Manningham Legacy Widows Club on the 3rd and 4th Fridays of the month, and Neighbourhood Watch on the first Monday of each month from 7 pm to 9 pm.
