Gawura Aboriginal Corporation

Gawura Aboriginal Corporation is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting the local Aboriginal community in the Shellharbour region. They offer a safe space for support, advocacy, and cultural services, addressing issues such as domestic violence, health, and youth cultural disconnection. Their mission is to provide better outcomes for Aboriginal community members and their families. The corporation acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land, the Wodi Wodi people of the Dharawal nation, and pays respects to all elders past, present, and emerging.
