Housed in the historic Old Rum Store, the bistro features an imposing oakwood entrance from Lyon’s Brasserie Georges, brass-railed banquette seating, an oversized carved wooden bar, hand-painted tiled walls, a four-metre antique French silk weaver’s table, and a 1950 Parisian VeloSoleX motorised bicycle suspended overhead. The menu pays homage to Parisian bistros, offering classic dishes like escargots de bourgogne, steak frites, and canard confit, complemented by a selection of French and Australian wines. Gavroche Chippendale is available for exclusive private functions and events, accommodating up to 120 guests.
