Garden Island Creek

Garden Island Creek, located in Tasmania's Huon Valley, is a picturesque community southwest of Hobart. Established in the 19th century, it was initially settled for its abundant timber resources and navigable waterways, which facilitated the collection of wood during high tides. Today, the area is home to both permanent residents and seasonal visitors. A notable feature is the small beach offering direct views of Garden Island, which, when viewed from the air, resembles a fish.
