Future Bayswater

Future Bayswater is a community-driven initiative dedicated to revitalizing the Bayswater Town Centre and Meltham Station Precinct in Western Australia. The group comprises residents, ratepayers, and local business owners committed to fostering a livable, vibrant, and connected urban hub. By focusing on six key areas—Community Engagement, Transport Connectivity, Economic Development, Quality Design, Environmental Enhancement, and Housing Diversity—they aim to create a town centre that meets the diverse needs and aspirations of current and future residents. Through workshops, speaker series, and community events, Future Bayswater actively collaborates with stakeholders to shape a sustainable and inclusive future for the area.
