FLING Physical Theatre, established in 2001, is a youth dance company based in the Bega Valley, New South Wales. The company offers programs for performers aged 7 to 18, including the FLING Company for those aged 14–18, YFLING for ages 7–12, and FLUX Creators for ages 12–14. These programs involve participants in the creation and presentation of original contemporary performance projects that have toured within the region and beyond. FLING also provides community engagement, outreach, and education programs, aiming to inspire and engage the community through diverse arts experiences.
