
Flinders Gin, nestled in Quorn's historic 1890s farrier's and stables, offers a unique gin-tasting experience. Owner and Master Distiller Alby Trotta crafts spirits using native botanicals like quandong, desert lime, and native lemongrass. The tasting room, open daily from 11 am to 5 pm, is dog-friendly and features a view of "Myrtle," the distillery's polished copper still. Visitors can enjoy a range of gins, including Farrier’s Gin, Quandong Gin, Outback Lemon Lime Gin, and Butterfly Pea Flower Gin. The venue also offers gin-scented candles, tea blends, and gin salt. Flinders Gin is committed to sustainability, recycling all wastewater, alcohol by-products, and botanicals, and using recyclable packaging.
