Flaggerdoot

Flaggerdoot, the alchemist's workshop, is Jackalope Hotel's haute cocktail bar, housed in the historic 1876 McCormick House. The bar's daring cocktail menu features a mix of classics and in-house creations, with garden-inspired infusions like Snow Pea Apple and Tomato with Gin. The space blends classic herringbone floors and open fires with edgy installations, including a one-off electric blue pool table, creating a curated-cool atmosphere. Open to visitors and hotel guests, Flaggerdoot operates Monday to Friday from 5pm till late, Saturdays from 12pm till late, and Sundays from 3pm till late. Walk-ins are welcome.
