Fitz Fest is a vibrant, free music festival that transforms Fitzmaurice Street into a lively hub of original local talent. Held annually, it features a diverse lineup of bands, soloists, and duos performing across multiple venues throughout the day and into the night. The 2022 edition showcased 45 local performers, offering genres from opera to heavy metal, country to indie rock, and electronic pop. Participating venues included The Curious Rabbit, Romanos, The Duke Hotel, Thirsty Crow, Meccanico, and The Riv, creating a dynamic atmosphere that celebrates Wagga Wagga's rich musical heritage.
