Located at 223 High Street in Prahran, Firebird offers a vibrant dining experience that reimagines traditional Vietnamese cuisine with a modern twist. The restaurant's design blends industrial and modern styles, featuring exposed beams, concrete walls, and warm wood accents. An open kitchen with custom-made fireplaces and wood-fired ovens allows diners to watch their food being prepared. The menu focuses on grilled and smoked dishes, inspired by Vietnam's street food and traditional recipes, with standout items like grilled oysters, duck à l'orange, and charred squid noodles. Firebird also offers an endless lunch buffet, providing a continuous flow of food and drinks for a fixed price, ideal for groups. The drink menu includes a selection of wines and cocktails, such as the Burnt Grapefruit Paloma, to complement the meal.
