Fingal Head Lighthouse

Price on enquiry
Perched on one of Australia's most easterly points, Fingal Head Lighthouse has guided mariners since 1872. Constructed from stone and painted white, the 7-meter tower stands 24 meters above sea level, offering a beacon visible up to 17 nautical miles. The lighthouse underwent automation in 1920 and electrification in 1980, with a high-intensity LED beacon installed in 2021. Visitors can enjoy a scenic coastal walk through lush rainforest to the headland, where they can admire the lighthouse's architecture and panoramic ocean views. The tower itself is closed to the public.
