Established in 2014 by Mathew and Julie Cooper, the distillery produces small-batch whiskies that reflect the unique coastal environment. The Coopers' hands-on approach includes building their own still and hand-charring barrels, ensuring each bottle embodies the essence of the region. Visitors can experience the distillery's offerings through "Taste & Talk" sessions, available by appointment. The range includes cask-strength varieties aged in ex-bourbon, port, sherry, Shiraz, and Pinot barrels.
