Nestled in the picturesque Tamar Valley, the Exeter Showgrounds serve as a vibrant hub for community events and agricultural exhibitions. Established in 1915, the Exeter Show has become a cherished annual tradition, offering a diverse array of family-friendly activities, including sideshow alley, rides, food and drinks, animal exhibits, competitions, home industries, and live entertainment. The grounds also host the Exeter Art Studios, a collaborative space for local artists to showcase and sell their work across multiple mediums. Open from Thursday to Sunday, November through April, the studios provide a unique cultural experience for visitors. Additionally, the West Tamar Lions Club Exeter Market is held monthly during the warmer months, featuring a variety of stalls and community engagement.
