Eurobodalla Woodcraft Guild

The Eurobodalla Woodcraft Guild, affectionately known as the "Woodies," is a vibrant community of woodworking enthusiasts dedicated to fostering an appreciation for fine woodworking. Established in 1987, the Guild engages in a variety of activities, including crafting toys for underprivileged children, producing woodcrafts for charity fundraisers, and offering educational lectures and demonstrations. Members of all skill levels collaborate to create and sell handcrafted timber products, with proceeds supporting the purchase of materials and tools. Despite challenges, such as the loss of their workshop in the 2019 bushfires, the Guild continues to be a cornerstone of the Mogo community, contributing to its cultural and economic life.
