Euroa Arboretum

Spanning 27 hectares, the Euroa Arboretum offers a unique experience to spend time in the natural environment of northeastern Victoria. Established in 1990, it has become a beloved destination for visitors seeking outdoor activities and serves as a leading provider of ecological restoration supplies and information. Originally a depot site for freeway construction, the land was transformed by a dedicated volunteer committee into a beautiful park featuring woodlands, wetlands, walking tracks, picnic areas, and an indigenous plant nursery. The Arboretum's motto, "Growing back the bush," reflects its commitment to ecological restoration. It supports local Landcare and Environment groups and hosts a range of events. Visitors can enjoy activities such as walking, cycling, fishing, and exploring well-marked trails. The grounds are open 24/7, while the nursery operates on Mondays and Thursdays from 12 pm to 4 pm.
