Ester Spirits is a vibrant distillery and tasting room in Marrickville, Sydney, where art and science converge. By day, it operates as a working distillery producing award-winning gins, cane spirits, amaros, and liqueurs. By night, the space transforms into a red-washed, disco-inspired bar offering tastings, cocktails, and bar snacks. Designed to resemble an artist's studio, the venue is filled with character, equipment, and art, creating a unique and unconventional atmosphere. Open to the public on Fridays from 3-10pm and Saturdays from 12-10pm, Ester Spirits also hosts private events, tastings, and masterclasses.
