Established in 1943, Ern Malley is Adelaide's oldest literary bar, offering a unique blend of candlelit ambiance, live music, and classic cocktails. The venue hosts esteemed literary events, sing-alongs around the piano, and showcases an impressive collection of original artworks. Regular events include Plat du Jour and live music every Friday night, readings on Wednesday evenings, and swing dancing sessions every second Sunday from 4 pm. Open Wednesday and Thursday from 4 pm till late, Friday and Saturday from 3 pm till late, and Sunday from 4 pm till 9 pm.
