Situated just a 10-minute walk from the town center, the village provides direct plumbing to sewer and water for each site. Amenities include a solar-heated swimming pool, basketball court, playground, undercover beer garden with BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven, and a family room equipped with Foxtel, a pool table, kitchen, popcorn, and slushy machines. The community also features a vegetable garden and hosts annual fishing and footy tipping competitions.
