The pavilion serves as a hub for the Chin Community Victoria during weekdays and hosts the East Ringwood Football and Cricket clubs for their sporting and social activities on evenings and weekends. The reserve is an off-leash area for dogs, with specific guidelines to ensure safety and enjoyment for all visitors. Parking is available via Mt Dandenong Road and Mines Road.
