Fielding 35 teams across age groups from Under 8s to Youth Girls, the club emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and community spirit. With a strong history in girls' football, the Knights provide pathways from Auskick through to the AFLW, welcoming players of all skill levels. Home games are played at DW Lucas Reserve, 31-35 Dunlop Street, East Malvern, adjacent to Darling Station.
