Dumbo, nestled in West Footscray, offers a vibrant café experience in a transformed former milk bar. The menu features a fusion of global flavors, including ricotta doughnuts with banana, custard, and rhubarb. Pastries are sourced from Seddon's Sourdough Kitchen, and coffee is provided by local roaster Rosso Roasting Co. The bright, minimalist interior creates a welcoming atmosphere, complemented by a takeaway window offering daily changing lunchbox options. Dumbo is committed to community engagement, supplying compost to the nearby West Footscray Primary School in exchange for weekend parking access.
