Signature dishes include the Peking Duck, served with pancakes, shallots, cucumbers, sugar, and fresh hoisin sauce made by Shao Qiong Sun, the owner's mother. Other highlights are Siu Yuk (crispy skin pork belly) and Char Siu (fatty pork belly). The wok kitchen, led by chef Guo Kuang, specializes in seafood, offering dishes like typhoon shelter chicken wings and mud crab. Duk Inn is open Tuesday to Friday from 5 pm to 10:30 pm, and Saturday to Sunday from 12 pm to 3 pm and 5 pm to 10:30 pm.
