
Located just 1 km east of Camooweal, Drovers Camp is a museum dedicated to preserving Australia's droving heritage. The Droving Heritage Centre showcases historical displays, artwork, and a collection of Australiana books. Visitors can explore the history of Australia's pioneering past through guided tours and view portraits of drovers by artist Yvonne Dorward. The museum is open daily from May to September, with free guided tours available from May to August. The biennial Drover's Camp Festival, held in August, features a lively street parade, Bronco Branding, music, poetry, and a Saturday night concert.
