Located at 2–4 Wharf Street in Docklands, The Centre's Neighbourhood House offers a variety of programs tailored to the community's unique needs. These include short courses, community events, and initiatives promoting involvement and awareness of current issues. The Adventures Program provides fun and friendly activities for learning and mutual support, while the Home Away From Homework Club offers after-school homework support to primary and secondary school children. Additionally, the Sing Now Community Choir brings together local residents to celebrate music and community spirit. The Centre also publishes The North and West Melbourne News, a broadsheet newspaper produced entirely by volunteers.
