Darumbal Community Youth Services Inc. (DCYSI) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting young people and families across Central Queensland. Established in 1994, DCYSI offers a range of services, including the Reconnect program, which assists young individuals aged 8 to 21 in areas such as education, legal support, accommodation, and employment. The organization also provides the Bail Support Service for youths aged 10 to 17, aiding those who need assistance in meeting their bail conditions. Additionally, DCYSI operates Budaroo House, offering accommodation for young people aged 16 to 21 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Through these initiatives, DCYSI strives to empower youth and foster community engagement throughout the region.
