Darlington Station

Darlington Station, located at 121 Darlington Road in Darlington, Western Australia, is a historic site that once served as a key stop on the Eastern Railway. Established in 1889, the station was part of the Mundaring Loop, a section of the Eastern Railway that connected Fremantle to York. Passenger services ceased in 1954, and the line was officially closed in 1966. Today, the former railway route has been transformed into the Railway Reserves Heritage Trail, offering a scenic path for walking and cycling enthusiasts. The trail provides access to the old Darlington Railway Station platform, allowing visitors to explore this piece of Western Australia's railway history.
