Bennett, the single-storey building features a blend of cream, salmon, and chocolate brickwork, complemented by rose gardens along the street front. The hall hosts a variety of activities, including children's playgroups and a bridge club, and has been the venue for significant community events, such as the declaration of city status for Nedlands in 1959.
