Nestled along the Snowy River in Dalgety, NSW, the Dalgety Showground is a picturesque venue renowned for hosting the annual Dalgety Show. This event features animal stalls, cattle, sheep, goats, horse jumping, and side show alley activities. The showground's pavilion, recently upgraded with a new roof, kitchen, and accessible facilities, serves as the main hub for these festivities. The first show in 1945 was officially held to raise money to build a Memorial Hall to honour soldiers fighting in the war.
