Cut Fresh Salads, a division of Covino Farms, operates a unique supply and delivery model of fresh, processed, and whole produce. Once an order is received, they harvest the produce on their 3,500-acre farm at Longford, Victoria, or their 1,000-acre farm at Brightview, Queensland. After harvest, the fresh produce is processed through their state-of-the-art processing operation located adjacent to the growing fields and delivered directly to their Chilled Distribution Facilities in Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. From these facilities, they use their network of refrigerated vehicles to deliver to their valued customers. This unique model gives them control of the whole process from planting the produce to delivery to their customers’ stores. While their partnership with Covino Farms delivers the majority of their fresh produce, they also have strong links with other dedicated growers that enable them to supply their range of produce all year round. Recognizing the importance of delivering safe food to their customers, Cut Fresh Salads and Covino Farms are both HACCP certified.
