Nestled in the serene countryside of Currawarna, the Community Centre serves as a vibrant hub for local residents. The centre hosts a variety of events, including creative workshops that engage the community in artistic projects. For instance, a recent workshop invited participants to collaborate with artist Carla Gottgens on designing a new bench seat for the community hall and playground, focusing on themes inspired by the river. This initiative reflects the centre's commitment to fostering community engagement and creativity.
