Crooked Brook Forrest

Crooked Brook Forest, located in the Ferguson Valley near Bunbury, offers a serene escape into a magnificent stretch of Jarrah and Marri forest. The forest features four well-maintained walking trails, including a 600-meter wheelchair-accessible path, a 1.5-kilometer circuit, a 3-kilometer wildflower walk, and a 10-kilometer trail with scenic lookouts. Visitors can enjoy picnic areas equipped with free gas barbecues and tables suitable for wheelchairs. The area is also home to diverse wildlife, such as western brush wallabies, Gould's monitors, grey fantails, and the rare red-tailed black cockatoo. Crooked Brook Forest is a 20-minute drive from Dardanup, 30 minutes south of Bunbury, and a two-hour drive south of Perth.
