Established in 1859, Creswick Havilah Lodge No. 26 is one of the town's oldest organizations. In 1890, the lodge moved into its own building at 96 Albert Street, featuring a façade adorned with depictions of masonic tools and a lodge room with ornate plaster ceilings and painted walls. The lodge meets on the fourth Thursday of each month at 7:30 pm. Notable members include Sir Alexander Peacock, a former Premier of Victoria and Grand Master of Victorian Freemasons from 1900 to 1905.
