The open-plan living area includes a dining table, comfortable sofa, and a smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen boasts an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee machine compatible with Nespresso pods. Additional amenities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available, though reliability may vary. Outside, guests can enjoy views of Rowan Farm from the front porch, utilize the firepit, and observe farm animals and local wildlife. The cottage is within walking distance of the Fitzroy Falls Visitor Centre and waterfall. Pets are welcome, with certain conditions during lambing season. Please note, the property is pet-friendly but not between the start of September to the end of October when it is lambing season on the farm.
