Creative Space

Curl Curl Creative Space is a contemporary art venue dedicated to supporting local artists and cultural programming on the Northern Beaches. It offers a dynamic platform for both emerging and established artists to exhibit and curate their work. The space features a 13m x 9m gallery with an exhibition hanging and lighting system, 98 gallery lines, 160 gallery hooks, 15 display plinths, 17 chairs, 4 tables, 20 stools, and a complete installation/hanging kit. The venue hosts 20 two-week exhibitions annually and provides four artist studios available for long-term hire through the Northern Beaches Studios program. The surrounding garden, designed by local horticulturalist Andrew O’Sullivan, complements the creative environment with its unique plantings and sustainable design principles. Located at 105 Abbott Road, North Curl Curl NSW 2099, the venue is accessible via bus R136 from Manly Wharf and offers parking both on-site and on the street. Operating hours are typically 10am to 4pm, with extended hours on Thursdays and Fridays until 6pm. For more information, contact the Arts and Cultural Development team.
