Nestled on the edge of the stunning Capertee Valley, Craft Works Distillery is an artisan distillery crafting full-flavored single malt whiskies. Utilizing a 970-litre copper pot still fabricated in NSW, they produce spirits using local spring water and malted NSW barley. Their signature release, "The Capertee Whisky," offers rich notes of toffee, treacle, and a hint of rum, aged in ex-rum and sherry casks. Visitors can also enjoy "Capertee Gin," an aromatic blend of 11 botanicals, including locally sourced rosemary, lemons, and limes. The distillery operates a small cellar door, and their products are available at select stores and local farmers markets across Greater Sydney.
