Nestled within the historic Old Parliament House, the Courtyard Café offers a delightful retreat for visitors. Enjoy a variety of pastries, cakes, house-made pies, quiches, and sausage rolls, with gluten-free and vegan options available. Grab-and-go salads and sandwiches are also offered. Beverages include coffee from local suppliers Three Mills Bakery, Eden Road, and Capital Brewing. The café provides both indoor seating in a cozy lounge and outdoor seating in the House of Representatives courtyard. Due to ongoing building works, hot meals are currently unavailable. The café operates Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 am to 4 pm. Reservations can be made online or by calling (02) 6261 7200. The venue also hosts children's birthday parties, offering a fully enclosed outdoor area for children to play freely.
