Cooma Cottage, nestled in the Yass Valley, was the home of Australian-born explorer Hamilton Hume. Visitors can explore Hume's original house and stables, view artifacts from his life, and enjoy seasonal displays in the gardens. The cottage offers picturesque views of the valley and is the starting point of the 440-kilometre Hume and Hovell Track. Open on Sundays from 10 am to 4 pm, entry fees are $12 for adults, $10 for concessions, and $34 for families.
