Nestled behind the scout hall on Dolphin Street, Coogee Community Garden is a vibrant space where locals cultivate vegetables and foster community connections. Open to adults 18 and over, with children welcome when accompanied by guardians, the garden offers two membership options: Garden Lovers, who engage in activities without a plot, and Garden Growers, who are allocated individual plots. Regular gatherings are held on the first Saturday and third Sunday of each month, providing opportunities for members to participate in gardening activities and community events. The garden is open to the public at all times, inviting everyone to enjoy its green spaces.
